Default Mails not synced to Outlook

Hi,
I have a user with the following problem.
When he logs in he does not get email (or at least not all email) delivered to Outlook.
When he logs in to Zimbra web frontend he sees all his mails, and shortly after that they are delivered to Outlook as well. From then on it works fine.
I attach a zip with the logs from this morning.

Thanks for any help

Christian

What happens if he opens Outlook and hits the Send/Receive mail, does it get updated? What happens if he just leaves Outlook, do they evenmtually sunch? Does it only happen for one user?

Network Edition running on an unsupported operating system, tut tut.

As far as i know from the user neither restarting Outlook nor pressing the Send/Receive-Button helps.
I had it for another user, but only once, there a logout/login helped.

Yes I admit we are running it here on CentOS (without real problems so far) and I am proud of it ;-).
Of course at my customers sites (and this is a customers problem) we use supported OSes.

In that case, what operating system are they using for their server and their client?

Server is RedHat 5 in a 32 bit install
Clients are fresh Windows XP SP2 installs, Outlook 2003 with SP2 as well.
