Default Forcing Outlook 2003 to 'refresh'

Hello, a recent domain migration forced me to create new mail profiles. These new profiles are hooked up with with the zimbra outlook connector. Of the 20 machines I did yesterday, they were all fine except for a couple. On 3 machines, Outlook is not pulling in messages/calendar/etc. I know that it made a successful connection, because the folder listing in Outlook updated, and pulled some custom folders. For example, a user has a folder in Zimbra called 'payroll'. This folder displays in outlook, so I know that it made a successful connection to the server.

However, the inbox is empty. Calendar is empty. Hitting send/receive lists the progress as 'processing'. Any suggestion on how to force things to refresh and start pulling data?

Thanks for the help.

Sounds like we need to see a ZCO log for one of these users. Please send us one.

Thanks for the reply. I have attached the log to this post. Let me know if there are any problems with the attachments, and I'll copy/paste them into a message here.

I had no problem with the attachment, but it looks like HTTP logging is not enabled. It looks like the responses are way too small, but without HTTP logging I can't tell what's coming over the wire.

Can you log it again, this time enabling HTTP logging? Also, you might want to send me the log for a user that works correctly, although that's not as important.

Thanks

Thanks for the info, I have http logged now. Would it be possible for me to PM you this log? I would rather not post it publicly.

Thanks,
Jeff
