Outlook Crash when trying to send documents

Once again, not always (I know, really not helpful if it can't be reproduced)...

User creates a document in Word or Powerpoint, hits the link up top to send as an attachment on an email, and Outlook promptly crashes.

Office 2003, ZCO 4.5.6

Any thoughts?

Well, since I know and love this bug...it doesn't work.

You'll have to tell your users that they have to attach files within Outlook. This was supposedly getting fixed soon, but I'm not sure when.
