New Mail Notification

Hello folks,!!!
I installed the zco 4.5.6 update I have 2 users complaining that the mail icon in the sysem tray no longer appears. Anybody know why? I have made sure that the appropriate settings are set under tools i.e options.

Any help is appreciated...

Now there's no support for this but if you want:

Login to your support portal
support menu>pre-release downloads>4.5.7 pre-release> connector for outlook(zco)
currently ZimbraOlkConnector-4.5.7_GA_1140_4.5.324.msi
