Default Uninstall Connector without File

I had a previous version of the Zimbra Outlook connector installed. It was version 4.5.3_GA_731_4.5.168. It was installed with MS Office '07, but since it didn't really work with Outlook '07, I never used it.

Fast forward to today. I'm trying to setup Outlook 2003 alongside an otherwise normal Office 2007 installation.

Before installing the latest build of the connector, I'd like to uninstall the old version of the connector, but every time I try, I get the Windows Installer error message that the feature I'm trying to use is on a network resource that's unavailable--it's prompting me for the old install file, ZimbraOlkConnector-4.5.3_GA_731_4.5.168.msi

Well, obviously it's unavailable. It's an old version, and I don't have the original install file anymore.

The same thing (at a different point in the process) occurs if I try to install the new connector before uninstalling the old version.

What can I do? Do I have to download the old connector and use it for the uninstall? Or is there some way of fixing this in the Registry?

Search the forums, there's a post by me (can't remember where it is, offhand) with a link to an MS program that will remove the installer references.

Default Helped, I Think...

Thanks, Phoenix.

(Still have some troubles 'cause MS Ofc '03 apps and MS Ofc '07 don't like each other, but I was expecting that part. The installer cleanup definitely changed the situation. That utility looks like a keeper.)
