Wow, that was it! Outlook had disabled it. Thanks for your help guys.

Funny that even re-installing the connector from scratch makes no difference.

That is also a most unintuitive place for the "disabled items" feature to be. I would never have found it. Ah the wonders of Outlook.

I'm having the same issue with sharing being removed from outlook as an option, I've done the reg hack, the ms dos hack, the fix connector hack and even re-installed the connector, sharing will appear once in outlook but then never again....

1. Close outlook.
2. Open a command prompt and navigate to the %appdata%\microsoft\outlook folder. Delete the outcmd.dat file.
3. Restore the LoadBehavior registry key to 3 and run outlook.
