MAPI32dll erro on Win7 with Outlook2003

Good morning,

we have a problem setting up Outloo2003 on a Win7 64 bit System.
We get a Mapi32.dll Error.
We tried everything what the forums considered:
First thing I tried was deleting the Windows NT Messaging service which helped us on XP based systems but I couldn't find this service on Win7.
So I changed the path of the Outlook files and deleted the old one + the old mail Account.
That didn't help either.

Any suggestion?
