BES Migration

Hello all !

One of my customer is migrating from ZCS 5 to 7 this week and he's got a BES server with ZCB 6.

I'vs got several questions about this :

1) After his ZCS migration, he wants to update ZCB version to 7, it will work directly or does he have things to do ?

2) Is it possible to migrate users (~200) from old bes to a new one (fresh install) and steps to do it ?

3) Some .zdb are very large : ~10gb on BES and ~4gb on ZCS, is this normal ?

4) Some deleted users are still in deletion queue on BES, .zdb are still there and I don't understand why ?

What version of BES are you using?

You can upgrade to latest ZCB if your running BES 5.x. If he is running BES 4 he will need to upgrade to BES 5. All those steps are in the ZCB documentation and its straight forward.

I do not know the answers to the rest of your questions. But I will assume the BES migration to another box will have to be a hard cut over.
