new install ZCB 7.1.1 BESx 5.03 AdminGuide link

I am doing a new install of Zimbra Connector for Blackberry 7.1.1 and BESx 5.03 on Windows 2008R2 SP2. The Admin guide says to run the fixit located at the following link.

Microsoft Fix it

If you go to that link the fixit has been taken down with no further information available at the site.

I am assuming that some patch has been issued to fix the time zone problem, but I would appreciate confirmation that this is no longer needed.
