Question no GAL sync after moving ZIMBRA-BB adminaccount

Hi,

after we had tested BlackBerry for domain a.net successfully, we have moved or changed the zimbra bb-adminaccount to domain b.net.
Since then, GAL sync won't work. We have recreated the whole account, but no success.
If I stopp BB Controller, open Outlook, open address book, no entry is shown. Does I start the same mailbox with the web-frontend, I see the whole content of GAL.

Does anyone know, what this can be?

thanks

/Alex

btw: telnet to server:7071 works, as to server:443, too.

I came across similar kind of issue with ZCO.Acount data and GAL synced with account configured in Outlook using ZCO.After deletion of galsync account I was getting GAL data does not exist kind of error and was not able to perform operations related to GAL like sending mail to user in GAL etc.

zmprov fc account, zmprov fc domain followed by zmcontrol restart solved the problem.

Please give a try.

thanks for quick reply, but the workaround doesn't work.

Btw. we don't have deleted/changed the GALSync account, only the BB ServiceAccount located in Zimbra.

In the meanwhile I have deleted the BES, upgraded ZCB from 7.0.1 to 7.1.1 and reseted the mapi profiles. Checked in Outlook again, if it GAL works, but it doesn't.
