Just a quick Q: other than contacts, messages, calendars, tasks will the ZCB also two-way sync NOTES? (As it does with exchange.) If yes, are these notes htmls in the briefcase?

Zimbra does not support "Outlook Notes" or "MemoPad" on the BlackBerry. As in they do not sync. They are local copies only. I suggest to my users to create a Notes contact to put notes in if they need them to be synced.
