Zimbra 7.0.1 with BES Express does not Sync

I installed Zimbra 7.0.1 on a CentOS 5.5 64bit machine to use it to sync email/calendar with blackberry devices.

i followed this Guide:

BES is running on a Windows 2008 SBS Server with Service Pack 2.

I then tried to add a user (which exists on Zimbra Server) on the BlackBerry Webconsole, but it says it cant find the user.

I'm new to Zimbra and Blackberry, and i guess zimbra and BES does not sync, but i dont know where to find log information about the syncing prozess.

Any suggestions ?

i have exactly the same problem, besx administration console return this error:

The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again.

i've already tried to refresh the mail component to update the user list from active directory.

Any hints will be appreciated
