 User Email State "Failed to Start"
Every other day or so we'll have a user complain that they're not recieving emails on their bb. When we check the server that user and usually a few others will be listed as email state failed to start. Restarting the BES services fixes this issue, but was wandering what to look for in the logs as to why this is happening and if there was a way to be notified when these users email state is failed to start.
