Zimbra and BlackBerry Internet Service

Hi,
I have a question:
One of our users want to use her Blackberry to synchronise to Zimbra. She has allready a BIS account at Vodafone. But i can't get it working.

So; What am i missing? and what do i need to synchronise this BB to Zimbra?
It 's not completely clear to me how to solve this issue, except for using the webclient or imap / pop instead , but i want to use all the features. (agenda, and contacts)

so if i understand correctly. the ZCS only supports BES not BIS?

That's correct and you'd also need Zimbra Network Edition, if you don't already have it.
