ZimbraNE 6 & BESX Failed to activate Users

Hi Everyone,

Need ur help in my first post...We are having Problem to activate users in BESX.

Spec:
OS: Windows2008 SP2
BES express : 5.0.2
zimbra BES Connector : 6.5.0
Outlook 2007
zimbra NE - 6.0.10

We installed sucessfully followed by zimbra admin guide "http://www.zimbra.com/downloads/zcb-downloads.html"

As per the document, we created the zimbra admin account and Mail profiles as "besadmin@bb.aiyoyo.com".

The problem is, My blackerry curve is registered and send/receive email only in this admin accoount, that is besadmin@bb.aiyoyo.com.
Other users accounts in this domain can 't registered and activated.

Note:
* Checked that the GAL is synced sucessfully with besx.we can able to see the zimbra users from BB Manager.
* Checked All the BES Services are running.
* While initializing the users through BBmanager we get a successful activation email sent to the users mailbox from " etp@etp3001.etp.ap.blackberry.net "
but this mail is sits in the user Mail box, so that the handset times out and activation fails.
*. Tested by Wipe-out the bb-handset.


No error found in Mailbox.log
