BES ZCB Install - Activation Problem

We have Windows Server 2003 R2 for fresh install. We installed ZCB according to Administrator's Guide "Zimbra Connector for Blackberry Enterprise Server". We cannot get activation to work.

Can someone please look at our logs and help us with this install? We are stuck. Please let me know what you need to see to assist us.
