removing messages into webgui do not delete them on bb

Very simple question:
if i delete a mail message on bb, the message is deleted on zimbra webgui, but if i remove a message into webgui, the mail still is listed on bb, even if i remove it from webgui trash.
What am i doing wrong?
zcs is 6.0.8

Have you tried "Reconcile Now" on the Blackberry device? For me, sometimes it takes a few minutes to automatically update or if a new mail arrives it will update. This was true with Exchange and BES as well. If this is not the problem, look through your log files for any errors.
