Zimbra BES Connector 6.0.7 now available

The new Zimbra Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 6.0 is available to download! This new ZCB 6.0 version has many enhancements focusing on stability, calendar sync and eliminating the runtime dependency on Microsoft Outlook. Although installation of Outlook is still required, in ZCB 6.0 agent does not launch Microsoft Outlook as a process any longer.

Upgrade instructions:

- Stop BlackBerry Controller Service
- Open SCANPST and scan BlackBerryServer root zdb profile for any
inconsistencies
- Open MS Outlook and go to \Help\Check for Updates and make sure latest
updates for Outlook are applied
- Stop MS Outlook
- Install ZCB 6.0 MSI file installer
- Start BlackBerry Controller service

Note: ZCB 6.0.7 is only supported with Zimbra Collaboration Suite 6.0 and above. For users on ZCS 5.0.x, please upgrade to the latest ZCB 5.0.24
