Default BlackBerry devices not activating
Hi,

Our BB server started generating local failure messages so I updated the BB connector from 16 to the latest on 24. I went ahead and removed the users accounts and added them back in and sent them a new activation password but now the BB device will not activate they just hang when activate.


Has anyone had the same issue ?
