Calendar sync of old appointments

Hello!
I activated a new blackberry, and only the appointments in the future are synced to the blackberry. The user wanted his old appointments to be synchronized too. How can I resync his calendar with old and new appointments?

Since Zimbra store provider uses local cache to store data, ZCB gives system administrators a way to limit the amount of mail/calendar that initially added to the cache. By default, only 2 days of mesasges/calendar is stored in the cache. The max age (in days) of emails and appointments that will be initially added to the cache can be set/changed using registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Zimbra\MaxInitialAge HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Zimbra\MaxInitialCalAg e

Basically, to sync old appointments, increase the value of 'MaxInitialCalAge', re-provision, wipe and activate user's device.
