BES/BB Display Name update

Hi all,

Any idea how I can force the display name for a BES user to update without deleting the user and adding it back. The user's display name was update after the BES activation. The changes show up in the GAL and I can see those changes when I search the GAL from the BlackBerry Server and BlackBerry Manager Outlook profiles on the Windows Server running BES. I have restarted all BES services but still no change.
