First thing to check is whether calendar sync problem occurs between BES and zimbra server or between BES and BB device. In order to determine this, stop BB controller, open up 'BlackBerryServer' mail profile with Outlook and check if calendar events are displayed for user in question. In case if calendar events are successfully syncing to 'BlackBerryServer' profile then the problem occurs somewhere between BES and BB device in which case you may want to try to delete/undelete calendar related service books, check 'wireless synchronization' settings for calendar on BB device or any other possible recommendations that can be found on blackberry forums. Please also note that these solutions are not related to zimbra connector and are common for all supported messaging servers.
Nevertheless, if problem occurs between zimbra server and BES then first thing i would check is 'Local Failures' folder for user in question using Outlook, if there is nothing in there you may need to enable zcb logging (type zcoloctl.exe in command prompt) and see if you can find anything obvious for user in question in zcb or MAGT logs. Please also do not hesitate to file support case(support@zimbra.com) with logs attached. Please try to re-provision and re-activate problematic device as option of last resort. |
