BES Activation issues
Hello,
Running the latest supported version of BES and the connector. When attempting to activate our first blackberry (User Acceptance Testing) The .dat from blackberry comes into the inbox and is never processed by BES... the blackberry just stays on "activating"
I am able to open my account with the best imap test applicaiton.
I noticed this in the logs.

First thing to check is whether mailmode is set to 'both' and not 'http only':
CLI zmtlsctl to set Web Server Mode - Zimbra :: Wiki
If mailmode is set to 'both' and activation still does not work, please try to open up 'BlackBerryServer' mail profile with Outlook and check if activation message has made over to th einbox of the user that is being activated.

eugener,
I can access my web enabled mailbox with both http and https and when opening my inbox via the blackberryserver mail profile, I dont see any messages from my mailbox in there.

Please enable zcb logging, type 'zcologctl.exe' in command prompt, check 'enable logging' and then restart Outlook. Please find and inspect content of zcb log file with 'OUTLOOK' component in its name. In case if you don't see anything obvious, please send this file over to me (eugene@zimbra.com) or support (support@zimbra.com) for analysis.
