I have seen this issue a few times over the past year that we have run BES. I really don't know what caused it and really don't have a good answer for how to fix it. I fixed it by trying, first, a simple battery pull. Sometimes, that's enough. If that doesn't fix it, I try redoing the enterprise activation (by just setting the password). If that doesn't work, I delete the user from BES and start all over again. |
