Exclamation Folder Redirection Issues.

I am having issues with folder redirection setting being reset to defaults for users who have customized these settings. When the BES gets restarted all folder redirection settings will be reset to the inbox exclusively.

Also, if I try to set this via BB Manager on our BES I am thrown a permissions issue. Is this expected behavior when using ZCB (not being able to set folder redirection from the BES -- only from the device)?

The Error:
Quote:
Failed to retrieve folder redirection settings for the selected user. Please ensure that the MAPI Profile you used to login to Exchange has sufficient permissions to read and modify the BlackBerry configuration data stored in the user's mailbox.

I suspect that you are having the issue described in the following bug:

Bug 17035 – BB: Folder redirection for non top-level folders may stop working

The bug was fixed in 5.0.19. This issue should not happem in the latest version of BES connector available for download.

I have the same issue. Can't choose a user's folders for redirection.

But I am using the latest ZCB.

Any other ideas ?
