Access to GAL from Blackberry

is it possible to access from the BlackBerry to the GAL?

It is possible to do GAL lookup on BB device. Try 'Address Book'->hit BB button-> in the popup menu choose 'lookup'.

is it possible to see the ressources (mainly rooms) in the GAL ?

You should be able to lookup resources as long as they have email address associated with them. If contact does not have email, you may receive GAL lookup failure on BB device. We have the following bug opened to deal witth this:
