Default ZCB 5.0.19 HDW recommendation

In the release notes for ZCB 5.0.19 you can find these recommendations:
----------------------------------------------
Hardware Recommendation
Quad Core
16 GB RAM
500+ GB hard drive space
-----------------------------------------------

My 3 ZCB 5.0.18 servers have only 4 GB RAM. Is it OK if I upgrade to 5.0.19?

On my servers I've never seen more than 2.1 GB RAM to be used. Why are these recommendations so high? Thanks.

Rasim, above hardware recommendation was made for BES installs with big number(250 or more) of users that require multi-agent configuration. In general, the recommendation is to reserve 2GB of RAM per agent. If you do not plan to run more than one agent then 4 GB of RAM should be sufficient.

We will update install doc to clarify this recommendation.

Thanks Eugene. Additional clarifications in the release notes will be very useful.
