Default User doesn't initialize

Hello,

I have the following configuration :

ZCS : Ubunutu 8.04 LTS / ZCS 6.0.1
ZCB : Windows Server 2003 64 bits / BES 4.1.3 / ZCB 5.0.18 / Outlook 2007 SP2

I created a user bes@domain.com in my zimbra with administrator privilege, the installation of the ZCB part seems correct (no error, I follow the installation guide), the GAL is synchronising fine, I can provision a user, the user can activate his account, the mail with EDP.dat is correctly sent, but the BES server is unable to get it :

I have a lot of debug on the ZCB side, I (try to) anonymise it and put it here :

This error indicates that BB agent is having difficulties to resolve 'Prenom Nom' in the GAL of BlackBerryServer mail profile. To check if user in question is present in the GAL please use Outlook to open up 'BlackBerryServer' profile.

In case if user cannot be found in the GAL please try to use 'Force GAL Sync' button on zcb logging control(type zcologctl.exe in command propt) to initiate GAL resync. Please note that in case of big GAL it may take some time for GAL sync process to complete.

In Outlook, I can find user by searching the address book, but when I try to use "Open user mailbox", Outlook came with a message (in french, sorry) :

"La liste GAL de Zimbra est introuvable dans le Carnet d'adresses"
"The Zimbra GAL list cannot be find into the addressbook"

What is strange is I can provision user in the BBM, and in Outlook, and among the 10 provisionned accounts, 2 appeared in the Outlook BlackBerryServer profile, and 1 activated yesterday afternoon ... I see no difference with those 2 users and 8 others (same domain, same mean of creation, etc ...)

Ok, I follow instruction from "BES set to use the local contacts list instead of the GAL - Zimbra :: Wiki" links you provide to me, i.e. I had the GAL into the search list when composing an email, and everything started to work !

Perhaps you should add this step to the installation guide.
