Blackberry Professional - Couple of Sync issues

I have noticed that reoccurring events that I delete one of on my blackberry is not syncing back to Zimbra. Normal events delete fine. Also when I read an email in Zimbra, it is taking up to 15-20 minutes to show as read on the blackberry. Even if several new email/calendar items come in and are synced to the blackberry instantly. Just the read status is slow. Does anyone have any insight on those issues?

This behavior was implemented in accordance with BES design. This is not zimbra specific and can be found in all implementations including Exchange, Domino and Groupwise. Sync timing for read/unread, deletes, moves and other secondary items is not immediate. As a workaround, please use 'Menu button -> Reconcile Now'. Also see more articles below:

I also opened the bug 41075 (Bug 41075 – Deletion of instance of appointment with reccurence on BB device does not replicate to zimbra server) to investigate deletion of instance of appointment. Behavior that we have might be also per design, please copy yourself on the bug to get update.
