Default Can't send calendar invitations with BlackBerry

Hi,
I am currently evaluating Zimbra + BES as a groupware solution for my company. Everything went quite smoothly up to now. I can send mails but I am currently facing a strange trouble. When I invite some participant in an event, the Blackberry send a mail with the event description as attachment. I then receive an "Undeliverable: <event name>" message with error : "File Upload Fault. Please contact your system administrator regarding maximum message and attachment sizes." In addition, I get an error code "HTTP ERROR: 401 no authtoken cookie".
Thanks in advance,
Phil

I did some more tests. I can send emails with contacts attachments but I can't resend the failed messages which contains appointments : sending them just fails silently. The BES log says that the mail has been relayed.

Updates to appointments from BB device are generally working on zimbra internal BES. There should be something specific to your environment. First thing i would try is:

- stop BB controller
- make sure that CalHelper.exe, Outlook.exe are not running(kill them if any of them are running)
- repair zcb connector (add/remove programs->Change->Repair)
- start BB controller

In case if issue persist, please file support ticket along with

- exact steps on how to reproduce the issue
- MAGT + zcb logs + server log
- copy of NDR message

and we will investigate.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I did the steps you asked and that's always the same thing.
Anyway, I can't access to support because I have just a trial version of ZCS+BES.
In addtion, I have the MAGT log but I don't know where I can find ZCB logs and Server logs. Maybe with those informations I will be able to repair things by myself.
Thanks again,
Phil

Hi again,
I found the way to enable Zimbra Connector logs and found out the problem.
It is simple, it tried to use the corporate proxy to send this mail (log for CalHelper said me that) although it doesn't use it for other uses. That's not important, I just disabled proxy in internet settings.
Thanks for your help,
Phil
