Default Connector BB and Open Source Edition

Hello.
I've got a 1000 users and Zimbra Collaboration Suite completely satisfy me. But I've got a 10 users who want to have a blackberry device.
Is the Zimbra Connector for BlackBerry can work only with Zimbra Network Edition. Can I have a solution without using Zimbra Network Edition and licensing it for all 1000 users, cause only 10 want to have a blackberry?
Thank you.

It's only available for the Network Edition.

I have a very similar situation. I have quite a few users on the open source version (mostly family members so I'm not getting any money for this) and 2 of us would really like Zimbra Mobile. I can't afford to pay for a license for all these accounts just to get Zimbra Mobile. I would be more than happy though to pay Zimbra for a license for two people for mobile. Might be something to consider. I bet you would get some additional income by doing this.

No, you need a Network Edition server.

This has been discussed several times in the forums and it's not likely to happen for that number of users.

Don't forget that the Blackberry Connector is just one component of what you'd need to BB connections. You would still need a Blackberry Enterprise Server, check the documentation here.
