Default Various Problems

I had 10 users working fine for months then after a reboot Monday devices were not getting e-mail. I have deleted and re-added just about everything. Although a few times it started working we would eventually have it crap out again. I am here to find some help.

I have ZCS 5.0.15, Blackberry Manager 4.1.4.17., Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, ZCB 5.0.18, Office 2007 SP2.

What log entries would someone here need to assist me in figuring this problem out?

I have followed just about every suggestion on other posts relating to the agent 1: will not restart.

The following line usually indicates that at the time when you start BB controller there is another running process that uses 'BlackBerryServer' profile and prevents agent from logging in:

Zimbra::Store::ZimbraMSProvider::Logon. the inner logon failed, hr: 8004011d

Please try the following:

- stop BB controller
- find running process that is using 'BlackBerryServer' profile and kill it. It can be CalHelper.exe, Outlook.exe, rundll32.exe etc.
- start BB controller
