Hi Thomas,

Thanks so much for your response.

I installed 5.0.18 yesterday but didn't upgrade to SP2.

This morning Outlook wasn't running, not sure if it was because of that or something else I did but I upgraded this morning and now everything seems to be running fine.

Going to test it over the weekend before adding more users.

Can a Zimbra employee please clarify what the difference between two is:

Up to 250 users can be provisioned
Up to 100 users can be on any given BES instance.



To me it sounds like you can add 250 through BlackBerry Manager but only 100 can actually synchronize. If this is case, I don't understand what the point of separating the 2 is. Can you please clarify this asap. If the capacity is 100 users, what is causing the limitation? Would a virtualized environment be the way to go?
