Red face [SOLVED] ZCB & BlackBerry Professional - newbie question

Hi,
I got ZCB and BlackBerry Professional installed on my server; it sent an activation code to a test user. What should we do to activate the service? Does the test user need to install BlackBerry Destop Manager? I guess I'm confused what to go next. Can someone shed a light?
Thanks.
PL

You need to setup BlackBerry Enterprise Setup on the BB device. Your user should have received an email from the BB server with a password. Or you can get the password from the BlackBerry Professional software.

Unhappy Still not working

Thanks for responding. We got through that but still couldn't activate the phone. It hangs at the activation screen. We've tried to activate several times but get the same results. User has BB Enterprise Service & -70db in the status indicator. On the BB server, it passed the BB Router network and SQL connections.
Thanks in advance,
PL

Yes but we're not sure what to do with the message though.
Thanks.

This activation message should be processed by BES in order to start activation process. Another question is if you can see the same message in the inbox of the user by opening 'BlackBerryServer' mail profile with Outlook on the machine where BES is installed?

Default I got it to work

Just want to let you know that after remove and reinstall CDO, BES, Outlook and ZCB; I was able to make it to work. For some reasons, the BBAgent failed to start when BES was loading. Anyhow, thanks for your help.
