View Other Folders

There's an option to view folders other than the inbox in the blackberry mail client, and I can see all my folders listed when using ZCB, however everything other than the inbox is empty when I navigate to it on the phone.

Is this a supported feature?

On your device please go to Messages->Options->Email Settings->Folder Redirection. Please select folders that you would like to redirect(populate). Once redirection is set, you should be able to view folders.
