Default Fixed by Restarting Blackberry Controller

This particular issue seemed to be resolved by simply restarting the Blackberry Controller Service. I believe it was provoked by the Outlook 2007 patches Microsoft had automatically applied and forced me to uninstall and reinstall Outlook 2007 without the patches. Once that got settled, a second restart of the controller service got the calendar working.
