Problems with Outlook 2007 SP2

I recently encountered issues where the Blackberry Agent was timing out as indicated by this entry in the MAGT log and not delivering mail or calendar appointments to the Blackberry devices.

By re-installing Outlook 2007 without applying SP2, the Timeouts stopped and mail was delivered.

I'm using the latest release of the BES connector. 5.0.16_GA with BES Professional on a Windows Server 2003 using version 6.5.8069.0 of the Microsoft Exchange MAPI/CDO.

Can anyone provide insights as to why this would've happened?

We have implemented Outlook 2007 SP2 compatibility changes as a part of Bug 38071. I presume that new version of BES connector containing this particular fix as well as other fixes will be posted very soon - it's in QA at the moment. In the meantime, please try using Outlook 2007 with SP1 or without any service packs.

We are experiencing the same issue. Is there an ETA for the release of the updated BES connector?

We have implemented last ZCB connector 5.0.18 with Outlook 2007 SP2 and solved all outlook problem, specially bug 37338.

Just upgrading ZCB worked fine!!!
