Default Event ID 10007

Hi

Does anyone know what this error means? and how I can resolve it?

CalICSSynchronizer::Initialize - OpenProperty failed: (0x80004002)
CalICSAgent::Start Could not Initialize Synchronizer for xxxx@xxxxxx.com: (0x80004002)
MAPIMailbox:: DoICS ICS Start failed

I got it from the MAGT log, and it is also showing in windows event logs.

Thanks

I assume this is on the BES server? Is that the complete section of log for that error, any more information before or after those lines that may be relevant? Do you happen to have Outlook installed on that server?

Could you see if there's multiple copies of this file installed: CDO.dll

As far as I'm aware, you shouldn't install Outlook on a BES server as it can cause problems.

It would help, when reporting errors, to include the versions of software installed such as Zimbra version & Release, BES Version and any connector versions. Please update your forum profile (don't post it in this thread) with the output of:

zmcontrol -v

No only one copy of CDO.DLL.

Outlook has to be installed as per Zimbra instructions for setting up a BES using ZCB.

Ah, so it does, I'd forgotten that.

I'd suggest you open a support case and provide the log details you've given here.

We have low priority bug opened to track this as offending log message does not cause problems in terms of functionality.
