I have the same problem .... I activated using the cell (OTA), and in few seconds the zimbra account get a new message from RIM, but nothing happens !
- BESadmin belong to domain admin in windows
- from BBserver I can access the mailbox of the user using the zimbra web admin

Tell me , the
"Blackberry mail store service"
"Blackberry policy service" and
"BlackBerry Synchronization Service"

are needed to be ON ? because they figure as automatic and stopped
