Move BES from Exchange to Zimbra

We are going live this weekend on ZCS 5.0.16.

Can I move an existing BES server's configuration from Exchange to a Zimbra/BES Connector configuration? If so, how? The instructions detail an install from scratch.

My current BES setup:
10 BB handheld users.
Windows Server 2003.
BES 4.1.60 (uses MS MAPI/CDO API 1.2.1)
Exchange 2000

Is there a procedure to "switch" the BES to use the ZCB without a complete reinstall?
