WE have our BES server up and running against Zimbra v5.015, Get all the email sent to the inbox no issue .. however any email that are sent to a folder on Zimbra even though the folder does appear on the Blackberry the emails within do not .. nor to any new emails show there when the arrive ?? ..
Ideas ??

Perhaps folder redirection functionality on BB device will help to solve this issue.

On your device go to Messages->Options->Email Settings->Folder Redirection.
No such option on a BlackBerry Bold .. ????
The "Folder Redirection" is in the menu, not on the options screen. So you have to open Messages->Options->Email Settings, then hit the Application Key (BB key) and select "Folder Redirection" from that menu.
