Msg Marked read and msg moves

So we have installed and working for some time now v5.0.16NE and all users with Mobile enabled with the correct lic.

BES connector GA installed and working without issue to Zimbra.

Email and Calendars flow without issue.

The problem we have is when an email is read in a Blackberry its not marked as read in Outlook ? .. Same goes for reading in Outlook 2007 does not show read on the BlackBerry either.

Next is when msg arrive on the Blackberry (Storm in this case) you can not file/move the msg to a different folder.

Anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on and how to correct ??

read/unread sync is a low-priority BES task and it is not unusual for users to wait up to 20 minutes for flags to sync over to Zimbra store.

Anyway in BES to change that low-priority to med or high ??
