I actually had this issue as well I dont think they were a big deal since Outlook was still syncing just those anoyying Local Failure Notices kept popping up. So I just turned them off.

Just do this. Any questions let me know.

1. Click on Start -> Run;

2. Type in regedit;

3. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Expand SOFTWARE -> click on Zimbra;

4. On the right side of that window there will be a list find the item that
is turnOffInboxFailures -> Right click on this and select MODIFY -> Change
the 0 to a 1 -> Click on OK

5. Close the Registry Editor.

dfriestedt, please contact me at eugene@zimbra.com or support@zimbra.com. I will work with you to find resolution of this issue. We will need to collect all attachments on local failure message that you received along with MAGT and zcb log files covering period of time when local failure message arrived.
