Default Identify Which ZDB for Each User?

Is there an easy way to tell which ZDB file is associated with each user?

We have some users who aren't getting their calender entries on their BB and would like to try the "scanpst" trick mentioned in another post. I don't want to run it on 20+ ZDB files though, just the 2 or 3 that might need repair.

Thanks,
Matt

The easiest way at the moment is to rename ‘zdb’ to ‘pst’ and open it up using Outlook or any other pst reader. Another way to find out is to associate sequence(or order) number of user in BB manager with number of zdb file.

In addition, we are planning to simplify it even further by using user name in the name of zdb file. You should be able to find this in of the next releases of zcb.

You can find out exactly which user is associated with which .zdb file by going to Control Panel > Mail > Profiles > select BlackBerryServer and choose Properties. Then choose Data Files. All should be listed with the file name right next to the person's name.

Brandi
