Error code 5305

I have done a fresh install of ZCB on windows 2003 server, strictly following the manual. I am getting the following warning in the event viewer followed by error 5305

MailboxManager::SubsystemInitialize - g_pSession->OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d)

BlackBerry Messaging Agent WHITE1 Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5305

The agent never starts. Please help!
