Angry Blackberry Agent Not Running

We have been trying the Zimbra Connector for Blackberry running without any success. Our software install is

- Windows 2003 Server R2
- Microsoft MAPI/CDO 1.2.1
- Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.6 + SP6
- Office 2007 Ent
- Zimbra Connector beta 4

Both Windows & Office have all the latest patches applied. The Zimbra release we are running is Network Edition 5.0.13 GA. Multiple clean installs have been done of the the above software configuration, whenever we run Blackberry Manager we cannot get the GAL to synchronize. I believe this has something to do with the fact the Blackberry Agent never runs. If I run up Process Monitor I never see any references to Blackberry Agent.exe when I stop and restart the Blackberry Controller service. I am assuming that Blackberry Agent should be running as we have another test configration setup to test with Microsoft Exchange and in this setup the Agent is running and we can synchronize the GAL.

Attached are logs from the current install. Any ideas as to what we should try next would be appreciated.

I beleive that agent is not supposed to run unless there is atleast one user provisioned in BB Manager. In order to troubleshoot GAL sync issue the first thing to check is if port 443 is open on zimbra server that connector is configured against. Please type 'telnet zimbraservername 443' and if unable to connect then use command 'zmtlsctl both' to open up SSL port.

yes you were correct - port 443 was closed. I had done zmtlsctl both but zimbra needed restarting before the port opened up.
The users are visible in BES now, thanks.
