Can't Initialize user for Activation

We had a server crash, it ran out ouf disk space, and when it recoverd, everything was fine excpet for one user, he stopped recieving mail... we ended up deleteing him from BES and trying to reactivate and we are getting the following error.

When we started we were running BES 4.1.4 and ZCB 3, during the process of trying to fix, we upgrade to BES 4.1.6 and ZCB4 but are still getting the same error...

I've read the wiki page about stopping the controller service to restart the agent to fix this... but it doesn't

the [40720] error, the file BlackBerryServer6.zdb does not exist...

Any help would be appreciated... (user@domain.com is there to protect the innocent)

Please stop BB controller and use ScanPST utility to repair C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\BlackBerryServer6.zdb. Restart BB controller after repair is done.
