Is it just me or did they forget to update the install portion... still says beta 3 when you install it.

Default Zcs 5.0.2683.13

I was wondering the samething as well. I thought I had the older connector at first. oops! Also have you had any trouble adding new BES users after installing ZCS 5.0.2683.13, I cannot seem to get anyone to activate since the update?

I haven't been able to activate anyone that wasn't previously activated. This latest beta did fix the multiple address book problems on the Bold so we're getting somewhere.

I've been working with support but no resolution yet.

Same thing here. Everyone that was previously activated will activate... No new users. Please post any fix that you may find. Im going through the logs at this point. I also seem to be getting CallCSSynchronizer:initalize - OpenProperty Failed: (ox80004002) error very often in application event viewer. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Created Bug 35339 - ZCB beta 4 : can't activate new users if you'd like to cc yourselves for updates/attach some logs/post further info about your system there.

We can also confirm the multiple address book issue has been fixed for Blackberry OS 4.5+ including the curve and storm. Calendar sync has also been improved. We have not had any issues activating new accounts. We rolled out 3 new accounts this week on Beta 4.

Based on the log file provided, there was a problem opening msg store for offending user:

[20401] (02/13 08:13:01.739):{0x488} {donthorpe@franklinamerican.com}
MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox(2) - GetMsgStore (0x80004005) failed

Please try restarting BB controller, restarting OS, also you may want to try to remove user in BB Manager and then re-add him gain as described in the following article:

In case if basic steps do not help to resolve it, we may need to obtain zcb log file to troubleshoot further. Please feel free to contact me at eugene@zimbra.com and i will work with you to resolve this.
