Enhancements:

Fixes:
20109 - exceptions for recurring meetings do not show up
24225 - Calhelper failed to start
25978 - Rescheduled appt. doesn't change the time for invitee
31551 - meetings on the device lose attendees
32260 - A deleted contact on BB is recreated instantly
32837 - support for blackberry bold devices
33227 - Duplicate address book on BB handhelds.
33125 - email address shows as user@domain.comLASS:PUBLICd
34236 - Appointment with no attendees created with Outlook not get synced over to device

Known issues:

Is it just me or did they forget to update the install portion... still says beta 3 when you install it.

I was wondering the samething as well. I thought I had the older connector at first. oops! Also have you had any trouble adding new BES users after installing ZCS 5.0.2683.13, I cannot seem to get anyone to activate since the update?

I haven't been able to activate anyone that wasn't previously activated. This latest beta did fix the multiple address book problems on the Bold so we're getting somewhere.

I've been working with support but no resolution yet.

Same thing here. Everyone that was previously activated will activate... No new users. Please post any fix that you may find. Im going through the logs at this point. I also seem to be getting CallCSSynchronizer:initalize - OpenProperty Failed: (ox80004002) error very often in application event viewer. Just thought I would throw that out there.

Created Bug 35339 - ZCB beta 4 : can't activate new users if you'd like to cc yourselves for updates/attach some logs/post further info about your system there.

We can also confirm the multiple address book issue has been fixed for Blackberry OS 4.5+ including the curve and storm. Calendar sync has also been improved. We have not had any issues activating new accounts. We rolled out 3 new accounts this week on Beta 4.

Based on the log file provided, there was a problem opening msg store for offending user:

[20401] (02/13 08:13:01.739):{0x488} {donthorpe@franklinamerican.com}
MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox(2) - GetMsgStore (0x80004005) failed

Please try restarting BB controller, restarting OS, also you may want to try to remove user in BB Manager and then re-add him gain as described in the following article:
