Protack, thank you very much. I have ordered NotifySync service too. It is not expensive.
BTW, do you see "Server status data is not available" error on your Zimbra server? We use Ubuntu 6.06LTS 64bit/5.0.11GA. And do you know where user can download blackberry connector?

Salu,
ZCB download page is here: Mobile collaboration tools for enterprise messaging for mobile devices

You have to register, as described. It's still a beta.

Saving you $15 a month per phone. I would really recommend it to anyone that uses a Blackberry and Zimbra. Another final note, its endorsed by RIM, so you will get support when you call if you have a phone issue. Here is the link. Research In Motion
Protack,
1) Do you see error message below on BB when you manually sync in NotifySync?
Error message:
Unable to synchronize account XXXXX
Details: NetworkHttpException: 500:
HTTP Internal Error
Sync Thread.run( )
2) In inbox, only display 3 days emails. But at the beginning I saw more than 3days emails in NotifySync inbox. Do you know how to configure to display more days emails in NotifySync?
Thanks in advance!

Questions 1

Make sure that you have the correct plan on your carrier and also make sure that it is configured in the following way:

server: your mail server address
domain: your email domain (everything after the @ )
username: the first part of the email (everything before the @ )
password: your password
Use SSL: if you want to use

Select what you want to sync and you should be fine at this point.

Question 2

This is done in the NotifiSync preferences. Go through all the different preferences and you will see where you can change this.

God Bless,
Marty

Really appreciate Protack and other people to share your knowledge and experience.
Protack, our notifySync works OK, but still see some issue.
All contacts on zimbra are correct, but contacts are duplicated on BB. Do you see this on your BB?

Did you have it syncing before?

If so this could be the source of your duplication.

If everything is correct on the server I would wipe the handheld and then resync.

Marty

Default notifysync with zimbra

If one wants to use NotifySync with Zimbra Server, is it required to have the Zimbra Mobile component?
