did you not follow the docs?

you need 2 profiles
BlackBerryServer, BlackBerryManager

BES requires both of them but they are created in the same way.

those profiles are not the profiles that were created by BES, you needed to delete and recreate them after the ZCB install.

Thanks and Cheers

this brings up a very good point for all people trying to install the blackberry connector...please follow the docs. the order in which things are installed are very imporant and all the other steps outlined in our installation doc are very imporant.

i also posted a very short checklist of the things required to get the solution working in this post:

http://www.zimbra.com/forums/zimbra-...t-install.html

we are working really hard to help people out on the forums whenever we can but it would be nice if we could assume that the users had made every attempt to set things up according to the instructions that we had already published.
