this brings up a very good point for all people trying to install the blackberry connector...please follow the docs. the order in which things are installed are very imporant and all the other steps outlined in our installation doc are very imporant.
i also posted a very short checklist of the things required to get the solution working in this post:

we are working really hard to help people out on the forums whenever we can but it would be nice if we could assume that the users had made every attempt to set things up according to the instructions that we had already published.

- Remove the users account from the blacberry managment console,
- Stop the controller,
- Go to: "C:\Documents and Settings\s-ash-bes\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook",
- Start the controller,
- Add the user,
- Have the user go on thier device to options, security, security options, press submenu key and choose "wipe handheld."
- After
If this works, then it sounds like the people out there with deveoper skills should consider helping with fixing the issue that the management console cannot clear the mapi info while the controller is running. Stopping the controller on a production bes, is not user friendly. Msprey
